When ChatGPT burst onto the scene, the buzz surrounding it was impossible to ignore. As a marketer, I was intrigued, cautious, and honestly worried. Everyone dug their heels in, uncovering how it works and how it could potentially hurt. Amidst the frenzy, I watched from a distance, clutching my coffee and wondering if this was just another overhyped fad.

That all changed when an influencer I follow suggested using ChatGPT to help plan the itinerary for your next trip. It was as easy as 1-2-3. Feed the machine a prompt, and eureka! Suddenly, ChatGPT was like a friendly little genie. If you're wondering, yes, I used ChatGPT to plan a 5-day trip to San Francisco, and the itinerary provided was marvelous. After

my short stint as a travel agent, I decided to give it a go, but this time using ChatGPT as a personal assistant.

I always start with "please"; it's just the polite thing to do. "Please help me maximize my day". Once I got the hang of the prompts, my requests became very personalized: "I have inattentive ADHD; please build breaks into my schedule that will be the dopamine boost I need to be successful." Take this prompt and "feed it to the machine"; the results will blow you away.

ChatGPT has become an invaluable tool in my daily life. With its ability to generate ideas, answer questions, and provide reminders, it feels like the personal assistant I've always needed but couldn't afford. When my mind races with a million thoughts, I can turn to ChatGPT to help sort through them, prioritize tasks, and even brainstorm solutions. It's like having a calm, patient friend who's always available to help me focus and stay on track.

One of the most significant ways ChatGPT has helped me is by structuring my unstructured thoughts. Whether I need to draft an email, plan a project, or jot down ideas, ChatGPT assists me in organizing my thoughts coherently. This technology offers a sense of order in the chaos, helping me break down overwhelming tasks into manageable steps.

ChatGPT has been a game-changer for managing my ADHD. Its ability to structure and prioritize tasks helps make my days more productive and less stressful. If you're struggling with ADHD or just looking for a reliable assistant to help manage your busy life, give ChatGPT a try. Who knows? It might just become your new best friend.
